How Soon Should You Holiday with a New Partner

There is nothing more amazing than being in a relationship that is just getting started. But when holiday time comes around, it can be hard to know whether or not it is a good idea to take the plunge and head off on a holiday with your new partner. It can make or break a relationship, so think carefully before you decide either way. The following ideas may help make it an easier decision.

The Sooner the Better

The best time in any relationship is always at the start, and while some relationships manage to maintain this level of fun and passion, few do, so you should make the most of it while it lasts. The perfect way to do this is by going away together, finding short-term accommodation with some paradise scenery, and enjoying your blossoming romance. Having these memorable times together early on in your relationship will give you bonding experiences to build on as you move forwards together.

Feel Safe First

Before you head off anywhere remote with anyone, make sure you know them relatively well. That doesn’t mean that you should never accept a tempting offer from an attractive person, just that it is wise to be careful. Until you feel sure about a person, keep the dates local. You would hate to get out to one of those romantic cabins in the woods only to find out that Mr. Nice Guy is actually Mr. Kushal.

A Great Way to Get to Know Each Other

Travelling with a person is a really good way to get to know them. If you think that this could be the right person for you, going on a trip may help you decide whether or not you have much of a future together. It is a good idea not to go on too long a holiday with your new partner, just in case you get halfway into it and it becomes apparent that you are n’t a good match after all.

Not Just Yet

Until you are pretty committed to the idea of being with this person for a while, it might be better to holiday without them, as you may want this time to talk to other friends or family about your new relationship. It can be hard getting time to do this during an average week, so your holidays will be the best time to chat about your new partner without them being there.

Every relationship is different, so before you get swept up in the hype and book 2 tickets to Hawaii, consider whether or not it may be a little too soon for the two of you to be holidaying together. Having said that, don’t keep your partner waiting too long, as they may start to feel left out, and you could be having so much fun together on holidays! Whatever you do, think about it early, as you don’t want to get caught up in an awkward situation.

The Philippines offers its tourists an exotic and tropical destination to bask under the sun and enjoy all its natural awes, whatever time of the year it may be. There are so many people who are yet to see all the wonders that this wonderful archipelago has to offer. Read on and discover why this country should be next on the list for your next holiday vacation.

Interesting People and Culture
The Philippines has learned a lot from its colonizers, the Spanish and the Americans. Along with these teachings are the blend of culture and tradition that the people have come to combine and inculcate into their existing ones. What came out from all of these are remarkable blend of warmth and gentleness of its people that can be quite hard to find elsewhere. Any Filipino can have the amazing ability to make anyone feel welcome and comfortable, a distinct feature of Filipino hospitality.

Picturesque Natural Formations
This archipelago is teeming with a plethora of natural formations in the form of fauna and flora, volcanoes, caves, lakes, and waterfalls. Any nature lover would love the various sights and activities that this country has to offer. Trekking at the Mount Pinatubo volcano, caving in the Visayan region, and discovering old ship wrecks in Subic Bay are just some of the most exciting activities that are in store for tourists.

Tasty Dishes and Cuisine
Many might not be aware of it but Filipino cuisine shares the same exotic dishes with the Chinese and Japanese. Filipinos love to eat so food holds a very big part in their lifestyle. Their most popular food item that is a must-try for tourists is the balut. This is a cooked egg that has an underdeveloped chick inside. It might sound a bit nasty but Filipinos attest to its delicious taste. Other specialties of the Philippines include pancit, glass noodles with vegetables and meat; sinigang, a sour soup cooked with a variety of ingredients; and adobo, which is beef, pork, or chicken cooked with soy sauce and special seasoning.

Vibrant Parties and Festivals
From birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, and even death anniversaries, Filipinos have a lot to celebrate for. However, their biggest attractions are the elaborate and lively fiestas that are teeming with music, festivities, and, most importantly, food. Every municipality or city has their own fiesta every year, a culture that was adopted from the Spanish. In such colorful events, anyone is welcome to eat and be full in any home.

Cheap Thrills and Delights
Lastly, and more importantly, going on a vacation in the Philippines is much cheaper as compared to a vacation in Europe or in America. A dollar or euro is already worth so much in the country, giving visitors the ability to stretch their budgets for a possible extended stay. With the low cost of living in the country, enjoy the pleasures and adventures that this wonderful country has to offer will not create a hole in the pockets of tourists.

How to use Facebook to Promote your Website

There are now more than 800 million Facebook users with more than 50% logging into their accounts every day. Facebook is definitely the channel to go to if you want to promote your website. There is more than just posting the URL of your website in your status every now and then. Read on to see how you can take advantage of Facebook’s features to draw traffic to your website.

Facebook fan page

Create a fan page for your website
A fan page is a public page where you can connect with your “fans”. On your page, enter details about your website, products or services such as the niche, location, summary and logo. A fan page works in a similar way like your personal profile – you connect with your “fans” by posting updates and photos on the page. The only difference is that you send invites to your “fans”; you have to just wait for them to “like” your page. But the plus side is that you can customize your page with flash, html and even Facebook apps.

Create a welcome tab
Another advantage of a fan page is that you can create a welcome tab on your fan page. You need an app for this but there are many free ones around including Pagemodo. Once you have this app, you can post a welcome note, summary of your business, photos or videos in the welcome tab to greet visitors as they arrive on your fan page.

Tell everyone about your page

There is a “share” button on the left hand side on your page to help you do this. Once clicked, a message will appear on your profile which your friends will see. Another method is to become a fan of similar pages which you can share a link at. Just be careful not to overdo it as you will lose your reputation and come across as spammy.

McDonald’s and iTunes have two of the best Facebook fan pages. If you have a lot to share with your fans, you can emulate McDonald’s who has a catchy Flash page to promote their menu, games, contests and so on. If you prefer a minimalist one, then take a look at iTunes’ page. The design and colors are kept simple but the page is powerful and feature-packed enough that you can even search for songs and movies on the page.

On your website

Create a “like” button for your site
If you have a “like” button on your website, your readers can click on this button if they like your website. This activity will then appear on their Facebook pages as “John Doe likes Website A”. Their friends will then see this status and there, you have introduced your website to the masses. If you’re lucky, they’d be curious enough to click on your website and possibly even like it.

Create a “like” button for your articles

This is something similar like the above but this time, the “like” button is at the end of each article instead. If your readers like what they were reading, they’d click on this button and the activity appears on their Facebooks too. This is a great way to get people to share your articles because most often, people are simply not that bothered to copy and paste the link of an interesting articles on their Facebook profile, unless the article is really exceptional.

Create a sidebar widget

This widget is a photo mosaic of all the people who have liked their website. It lists your friends who are fans of its page too, along with the total number of fans they have. People tend to follow whatever their friends are doing; this behaviour cannot be explained, maybe it is just human nature. So if they see that their friends have become fans of a website, they are likely to become fans too.

Facebook is a social media platform that doesn’t look to cease popularity anytime soon. It is amazing what Facebook can do because if you have gained just one fan for your page, you’re actually introducing your page to the 100+ friends that he/she most probably has!

Rajastan's largest City

Anyone who has been to India –specifically Rajastan, the rich and kingly region in the country’s northwest knows that when it comes to adornment Indians have a completely different way of thinking. Families own, for generations, jewellery shops, create astonishingly elaborate jewellery pieces, that one commonly sees in 17th century paintings, enriched with rubies, emeralds, and diamonds that are cut cunningly and glimmer even in candlelight.

Even the camels that swagger slowly along the arrow roadways wear saddles of silver-stitched red cotton.

Singular and memorable in India is colour. No other religion makes use of colour more than Hinduism, the major religion in this multi-faith huge society with over a billion citizens.

Jaipur
, approximately 300 kilometres south west of New Delhi is the first and probably finest planned city of India, founded by Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh II and inaugurated November 1727.

Today, the city has a little more than 3.9 million inhabitants.

The business centre on the main street is wide and long studded with all types of shops, and colourful houses.

The city was planned with the grid system in mind and enclosed with a wall. You can walk the entire wall in several hours, but a fraction would suffice to get an idea of the structure and the idea behind it.

The semi-arid climate with hot summers dictates tourists (at least northern hemisphere tourists) to schedule their visit from November to March.

India’s first observatory (Jantar Mantar) and for that matter the first in the world, was erected in Jaipur, the Amber Fort, Hawa Mahal (Palace of the Winds) with five stories, and beautifully designed latticed windows constructed in 1799, Albert Hall Museum, and Jai Mahal (the Water palace), and Lakshmi-Narajan temple are the main sites of Jaipur.

The city has beautiful gardens, parks and the surrounding landscape is enticing for walks to discover less advertised features of this colourful city.

New Delhi, Agra, and Jaipur constitute the so-called “golden” triangle of Indian tourism and Jaipur’s sights are some the most impressive and historied elements.

The massive Fort Jaighat, on the hill, is a tourist must-see structure.

Jaipur is called he Pink City as it was painted in pinkish-red in 1876 in honour of a British royalty visit, but today the original colour is faded and looks less than vibrant and inviting.

Jaipur exports gold, jewellery, has a thriving diamond cutting industry, and a range of small manufacturing base.

Tourists can buy a variety of souvenirs in the numerous shops lining the Main Street, but haggling is highly recommended. Merchants will try to sweet talk gullible tourists to enjoy their hospitality by offering super sweet Indian tea, and then inflate prices. Caveat emptor is the word.

You can reach Jaipur by train from New Delhi (approximately four hours), or rent a taxi, or fly in.

Rishta : Aankhon ka Dil se

Aankhon ki khata, aur sahta hai dil
Phir bhi khamosh rahta hai dil,
Koi shikwa nahi aankhon se use
Qki ye unki "dosti" ka sila hai,
Dil ne ki aankhon ki gutakhiyan maaf
Qki unke beech "dosti" ka silsila hai,
Aankhen bhi nibhati hai "dosti" ka rishta
Aur barasti hai jab dard dil ko hota hai,
Raat ki tanhai mein saath nibhate hain ek-duje ka
Na aankhein soti hai...na dil sota hai,
Isiliye Aankhon ki khata sahta hai Dil
Phir bhi khamosh rahta hai Dil.......
